Business Management (1994). Services Coordinator Kim Creamer Kim provides Safety Network user training and Help Desk support, generates service and outcome reports, and provides other administrative support; MCP computer certification; pursuing further certifications: MCSE, MCSA, MCDBA. Technical Assistant Assists with technical and administrative computer systems of the agency, its partners and its clients, repairs, installs and implements network and computer components. Also in charge of Web Development.
